Заключение

ЭНПЖ — изнуряющее заболевание, вызванное атрофией ацинусов поджелудочной железы или их разрушением из-за хронического панкреатита. ЭНПЖ следует исключать во всех случаях подозрения на хроническую энтеропатию с патогномоничными клиническими признаками (такими как снижение массы тела, полифагия и диарея), а также у собак с хроническим панкреатитом и невыясненными причинами снижения веса. Основную роль в лечении собак играет заместительная терапия ферментами поджелудочной железы и кобаламином, а также соответствующая диетотерапия.
