Заключение

Атопический дерматит кошек снижает качество жизни животного и накладывает на владельца бремя ухода за кошкой. Необходимо распознавать эти негативные последствия заболевания и стремиться снизить их влияние. Длительная поддерживающая терапия позволяет предотвратить рецидивы и со временем уменьшает общее количество получаемых животным антибиотиков и глюкокортикоидов. Тем не менее даже при качественном уходе и лечении возможны рецидивы, поэтому для оптимального контроля заболевания рекомендуется разработать план проактивного лечения и поддерживать контакт с владельцем, а также составить долгосрочный график повторных осмотров.
